Discus and support Account Setup in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Keep getting unexpected error on 2 different XBOX accounts at the setup stage.     Account Setup


    Keep getting unexpected error on 2 different XBOX accounts at the setup stage.

    After trying multiple times the account then gets locked out.

    We have unlocked and reattempted to setup the account but it still shows the unexpected error message.

    Can anyone shed any light on why this is occurring, never had an issue with accounts in the past, and this is effecting 2 separate accounts.

    We are having exactly same issues. It's very frustrating and disappointing for our son who can't set up xbox live account 4 days later!!

    I know Xbox Live has been experiencing some issues on and off, I can't say whether that is effecting you being able to sign up though.

    incorrect again, it is possible and i have been sharing my bought games and pc gamepass games with my kids on their own pc's for a very long time, please update your scripts to reflect this.

    on their account open xbox app, log out of xbox app and sign in with your account, download the game, log out of xbox app and back in with their account, they can then play your game with their account, same process for the microsoft store too.
