    So I have an Xbox account I haven't touched for about a year and a half. I decided to log onto it to check up on everything and when i tried to log in I realized I forgot the email, so I thought no big deal ill just change the Microsoft account its linked to. So I tried to go to the account security tab in my profile and it is faded like what you see when you cant access something. I have looked around to see if anyone else has had the issue and I haven't found anything.

    yes there's funds, under a dollar, i haven't made any recent changes i had more then one payment option on it could that be why?

    no im getting a diff message and it wont let me change my email ive talked to customer support and it still wont let me change my *** email

    so you have to contact accounts.live.com and open an ticket to reset the password to the windows live id

    the email doesn't have to be valid however you do need to verify who you are
