    This is a problem I've been encountering for quite a while now. On my Xbox account, it used to be under a family group my father made when I was younger. Now, I have my own Xbox and am no longer part of that family group. All of the restriction settings are set to off, but I can't join any of my friends in games that aren't fully online. In other words, any games where it's just me and them playing, I can't join. I can play games that are openly online (for example, Destiny) and access online features just fine, too. Like I said, I've made sure to go through all settings and turn any restrictions off, but it still isn't working. Hopefully that makes sense. I forgot this was an issue until I was trying to play Minecraft with one of my friends a bit ago, and I know it's not on their end because they play Minecraft with another friend of theirs pretty regularly in another world.

    You would need to post here to find out why your account has been suspended -
    forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx

    Although, if you're able to sign into your account here, then it's not suspended.

    Did you check the enforcement website?

    Are there any restrictions on your account on the website?

    If there are no restrictions, try the solutions below on your console.

    Solution 1:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    Restart your console

    Solution 2:

    Press the Xbox button.

    Open Settings

    Go to Network and select Network settings.

    Select Advanced settings.

    Select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Select Restart.

    Hiya!!

    I can understand your frustration on this. Since you have already made the changes to the account, try to do a hard reset on the console by pressing and holding down the power button on the console till it shuts off and then power back on. This will refresh
    the cache within the system and hopefully this will apply the settings you have changed. :)

    I am not sure about the policy but could look into it. My only other thought would be sometimes the profile asks for the birthdate and maybe that has something to do with it. I believe this can be adjusted in the edit profile page after clicking the
    home button and going to your profile page. Hope this helps!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, from here kindly "block" the settings that have an arrow on this screenshot and then click "submit", once done "allow" them again then submit. Restart your device after making the changes. This is to re-sync your account restriction.
