Account restrictions, Support Useless.

So for some unknown reason when i jump on the xbox store on my computer and try to download a game called anvil, I am told that the game is above my restrictions. Problem here is i have downloaded and played the game on this account before and also I am a 35 year old and the Only person on this computer........

SO.....

#1: Why the hell does my account seem to have parental controls active on it? (Remember 35yr old)

#2: How on gods green earth is this going to get fixed?

You can change something different on the Privacy settings the important part it's to have some change on them to update the information

Please log out of the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, after this restart the PC and log back in, remember that the email that has the subscription active must be logged in the Microsoft Store app

That should be enough however some users have to change their privacy settings, you can do this here

you will have to change the programming in the third column, from standard to familiar, save and then change again

So the third column, if you mean the xbox 360 tab it wont load so no dice.

Other than that There was no option like the above mentioned in the privacy settings.

and the sign out restart sign in didn't work.

I thought you were able to restrict what a guest account can do. Odd if you can't as the feature would be a bit useless.

youtube is useless and always will be until the restrictions are lifted!
