account restricted , error 914

My son's child account also has the same permissions as mine and is also giving this Error 914 when trying to link his Roblox account. We have checked the privacy settings and age restrictions and I have allowed EVERYTHING just to be safe (and confirmed
all the settings recommended by Roblox have been allowed as well) however we are still getting this error.

hassle and I highly understand the frustration with all of this. I would like
to clarify, is it the first time linking the account to Roblox or has there been a previous account linked? Also, have you attempted to
un-install the gameand
re-installit after you updated the account information? If not
I suggest to attempt to uninstall the game and re-install. Once its installed try to link his Roblox account.

Hi,

Just to add to what's been said, When you make account changes you need to sign the account out and back in sometimes to have the new changes take effect. I would try that as well and see if that helps at all

I spent all morning dealing with rhis issue and have found that his date of birth on Roblox did not match thr one on his Xbox. I have updates them to match and now it works. Thank you all foe your help.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. You will not be able to turn her account into an adult account. When the account turns 18 it will graduate itself to the status. If you have changed the
Xbox Live Privacy already you might need to change the app privacy. Some of these games make you eligible to view other players content. So you might change all online privacy like xbox live, to allow the child to play but
most of these games are connected to apps like twitch or mixer and other players develop and record feeds. So you have to make sure that the app permissions are set to be able to view other players content. You can find this info on
app privacy. If you need any help please reply.

me and my daughter both have our own logins on the Xbox if that's what you mean

i have just used my Xbox log in and it actually DID let her log into her Roblox account, so its definitely an issue with her restrictions, which are all currently set as off

i'm forever having problems with her account, when i call up, they always tell me there's no restrictions

this is getting ridiculously frustrating

she can play for now though, so i'll leave it for now and give them a call tomorrow (or monday if they're not open sundays)
