    My dad l me his old Xbox ONE. So I set it up ans sign in but I can't remember my password. So I go through the process of making a new one and it sends a code to my phone. But when I sign in, its like i was signing into someone else's
    account. My username on my 360 was supergirl302, now it had changed to ShudderThyme345. My game score was 0. All my games were gone. My gamer tage was a weird rectangle. Is this normal going from 360 to ONE? Did anyone else expeirence this?

    Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

    My question is............

    I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
    I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
    Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
    It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
    Do you need an email addy ?

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    sorry your account is your responsibility at ALL times if your brother was the one who modded your score you will still take the fall for the reset there is no way to appeal it the only way to get that score back is to start over fresh on a new account.

    Hello Aheks,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no way that I know of to restart your smite account. Smite is an online only game, so they keep record of your save data as well. That is the reason deleting your saved data didn't work
    for you.

    You can try
    contacting the developers     to see if they have a way of wiping your account. Otherwise, you are going to want to create a second gamertag for smite.
