Account reset password problem

Hello, I have a problem with account verification, so it's an old account, but the account is still in my hands, when I want to log in I forget the password, then I press the reset password, but There is only a choice of phone number, it can't be via email, so the phone number is gone, I got a new one in 2019, then I forgot the password, I've done everything possible Still can't, can anyone help?

And again the part when u need a verify, they give a code, but the option are only for phone number, and that phone number is gone, theres no option for giving the code to email, idk why so weird, when i want to reset password they always sent it to the same email or phone number, but my only option for phone number.

Try submitting the recovery form with different information to see if that makes the trick

Ive been doing that form thing since 2019 till now, and still cant have my account back, its said i need to re-do the form for correct information, and that account is like a long time ago,
