Account Region Change didn't Work on Xbox One

Hi, I had an american account, but about a year ago I changed my account region to Brazil. Today I Purchased an Xbox one, setted it up, and updated, but when I try to purchase games two things happen:

If I go through the xbox live home page, on my pc, the game page is always setting to american region, which I don't use anymore, since I'm living outside USA, and since my old address is not validated by my credit card, I can't add it.

If I go though the console I get a message : "Content not Available. This may be a temporary problem. Check again later. (0x876c0001)". This only happens when I try to access the Game category - Movies, Musics and Apps are working just fine.

How to change the Xbox country (region)?

on the xbox one or 360?

Changing your region on xbox one works but if you are trying to download region locked content on 360games you need to do it on this website under manage my account and change my region

Problems with activating game codes.

One thing that can affect the codes is the region and could invalidate them

If you only change the region of your console like xbox one that doesnt change your account region

To change your account region you must do it on the website under my account and change my region

Here is a link to change your settings for the site on the PC.

If you haven't already done a region change on your account then go ahead and do that.

support.xbox.com/.../change-region

If you have then try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that works.

Let me do what this guy didn't.

Go to your account on the pc, go to xbox settings and 360 change region. Changed mine to UK and it worked.

Thanks, but it didn't worked. I tried to queue the download from the site but it didn't worked. I'm on the correct region! My account and console are on Brazil region! As I said before, I changed the region to the correct one to see if this would fix the
problem. I guess I'll just give up. Thank you so much for the attention.

Still didn't work. Could it be that i am only changing my region on my computer. What I am doing is going to my account then scrolling down to others and then selecting my region. Does that also change your consoles region?

Well for one pakistan isn't a Xbox live region so Xbox live codes won't work in that region

Did you change to UK ?

If you did that would be why your physical location has to match your account region

Changing to an non Xbox live region makes your account unusable
