I am a regular user of Microsoft. I used to play Minecraft with my friends until one event happened. My account got hacked by a hacker. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue, actually, this is my last attempt. Right after I realized this, I contacted Microsoft support. They told me to turn the TSV on and change the password, which didn't work. Later, my account was locked and of course, I connected to the support again. Then, I realized that one of the assistance agents didn't really help me, making the problem worse. I received some emails that they are not able to do any work on my account anymore due to TSV. It's been 1 year and 2 months since my account got hacked. I don't like to take any mails anymore because they are not kind. For the evidence of this argument, I have 3-5 unreturned emails that I reply to Microsoft Supports. I don't think they are taking this issue as seriously as I am. They think some customers like me as a huge money bag. It's always the victim's responsibility to suffer, there are no watchers and criminals suffering.

Hi there. Normally when a Windows Live Id becomes blocked or invalid they will appear greyed out under Account Management on your console, unfortunately you will not be able to change the email address yourself and it would be a good idea to contact the
xbox support line.

You can't sign in to the Live ID itself? Are you able to sign into your gamertag on your console? If you can't sign into it, it may have been compromised, and to change your WLID tied to your gamertag, you need to be able to log into it (on your 360).

If you think your gamertag is still on your friends Xbox, take a USB stick to his place, and move your gamertag from his Xbox onto the USB stick.

In future:

Only use "Recover Gamertag" as a last resort. Instead, you can leave the account the USB stick, and use it on whatever console you want. You won't have to wait to recover the gamertag, you can play straight away.
Never rely on your friend to delete your gamertag from his Xbox. He may want to "play a joke" on you, and think it's funny to mod your account so it has a bright pink Avatar. He may find it funny, but YOU will be the one who
has to lose your account, as well as everything you have bought on it, NOT HIM. You alone are responsible for what happens on your gamertag. You have already had a GS reset, so you may have already experienced this. BTW more than one GS reset=Perma-ban.

The fact that your account say you were online playing Fifa 11 only 4 minutes ago show the account is still being used. If that is not you playing it, that proves my above point again.
