I'm currently trying to recover my account and I'm suffering a fatal flaw of your recovery system. The account was made when 10+ years ago and so some of the information has been forgotten and details like card information and things like that are long gone. Where can I talk to an actual human being about account recovery because I can provide every single proof that it is me like ID etc. I also have my old xbox sign username and i have emails on my other email showing when i had active subs for xbox gold that were made with in store prepaid cards. I can tell you when my onedrive was deleted my old skype names and things like that. I have information like the people I used to talk to on skype but I'm pretty sure they didn't have their real names attatched to their skype accounts but I can tell your their usernames and their real life names one of them being my now wife and used to be girlfriend. I can tell you all purchases i made on the xbox store that I got emails for but all of the payment methods for card # i can't pull up since most of them were around 2012 and my bank doesn't have that info. I made a purchase and have emails for the microsoft office 2016 i bought through paypal and i went to look it up on what card it used but they only have purchase history for 24 months and they are no longer there but i can tell you the EXACT dollar amount for the purchase. Same with all of the xbox purchases i can tell you the date and the purchase amounts. Oh and I can tell you each time I've had to go through this painful process because some bot tries to hack my account and it gets locked and i have to go through this painful process each and everytime. I can tell you the recovery dates and provide the emails of when i got my email back. As far as emails go I can tell you some of the people I used to email but this email being a now old and junk mail i don't know which emails are current and there have been NO CURRENT emails sent like you guys are asking for. With this all said is there a number i can call and just provide all of this concrete evidence to?

Hi there. Normally when a Windows Live Id becomes blocked or invalid they will appear greyed out under Account Management on your console, unfortunately you will not be able to change the email address yourself and it would be a good idea to contact the
xbox support line.

You can't sign in to the Live ID itself? Are you able to sign into your gamertag on your console? If you can't sign into it, it may have been compromised, and to change your WLID tied to your gamertag, you need to be able to log into it (on your 360).

If you think your gamertag is still on your friends Xbox, take a USB stick to his place, and move your gamertag from his Xbox onto the USB stick.

In future:

Only use "Recover Gamertag" as a last resort. Instead, you can leave the account the USB stick, and use it on whatever console you want. You won't have to wait to recover the gamertag, you can play straight away.
Never rely on your friend to delete your gamertag from his Xbox. He may want to "play a joke" on you, and think it's funny to mod your account so it has a bright pink Avatar. He may find it funny, but YOU will be the one who
has to lose your account, as well as everything you have bought on it, NOT HIM. You alone are responsible for what happens on your gamertag. You have already had a GS reset, so you may have already experienced this. BTW more than one GS reset=Perma-ban.

The fact that your account say you were online playing Fifa 11 only 4 minutes ago show the account is still being used. If that is not you playing it, that proves my above point again.
