    I am currently on the phone with a Microsoft/Xbox rep. to assist with my ongoing case of my account being hacked. This all started July 1st and I called immediately. I was sent a request letter with about 12 questions on it about my Xbox account, console and network ID and some personal information. All these things made sense as they would easily match everything previously on the email address with the registered Microsoft account and Gamertag. I used the file transfer to send the answers over and was advised it would take 3-5 business days but not to worry. Fast forward to July 19th, 18 days later, I was on vacation and decided to request a call as I hadn't heard anything. I am told that they tried to call me but I didn't answer so no more attempts were made to call, no voice message was left and no e-mail correspondence attempted. Makes zero sense, but nonetheless we continued like it was my fault and the rep. told me there was another page of questions to answer. I returned home the next day on the 20th and answered the weird questions to the best of my ability. After that I had no contact from Microsoft until I requested a call again via support.xbox.com on August 1st. I sent multiple emails to the rep for updates in those days between 7/20-8/1 and never received a response. Since the 1st I have been told at least 10 times by that many different reps that my support case rep would reach out in 2 days max and I never hear a word. As I am typing this the rep I was on the phone with someone hung up and I won't hear anything until I try them again. I see too many posts of people getting their accounts back quickly and I just don't believe it when I have been without for almost 6 weeks and given the runaround by people working from home with their pets and kids in the background. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

    May I know if you double checked the spam/junk folder on the email address that you used to fill the recovery form?

    If yes and you didn't receive the answer there.
    Please try filling the recovery form again but use a different email address:

    I spoke to a reresentative and they said it would be 4-6 weeks. They will email the download codes to the address associated with your account. If they are not there within 6 weeks of the purchase date then you should contact support.

    i would contact Microsoft support If the money has already been taken out of your account, double check and make sure you got it for 6 months.
