    Account Recovery Request:


    My account was stolen about a week ago. The hacker changed my email address and removed my phone number, which was registered under[mod removed]. The account in question was linked to the email address *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, and my name is Eduardo Alonso. I have been unable to regain access to my account since it was taken.

    I am seeking help to recover my account and secure it from further unauthorized access. Please advise on the necessary steps I can take to resolve this issue.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. Since the account was banned 5 years ago, there would not be a way to contact them about the ban. There is nothing else that can be done.

    Thanks Josef for responding so quickly! We have been trying the https://account.live.com/acsr method for two days and have been unsuccessful (sufficient information has not been provided, etc). It is being suggested that we create a new account. Would we then be able to access Minecraft (current) or no?

    We tried to do the recovery form twice today and apparently there is a limit on attempts SMH.

    Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.
