Account recovery problems

So the account recovery form keeps telling me i dont have enough i formation. The customer support Via the chat couldn’t do anything but relay me to that form to try and do it. You can only do it twice per 24 hours before it locks you out.

i have old e-mails. I have a copy of the receipt from when i last updated my xbox live membership in december of 2010.

i have the last 4 of my card for then.

i know miltiple passwords i used for the account. I know my phone number and address when i originally set it up.

but i cant remember the password, or the answer to the apparently ONE sexurity wiestion.

i have suffered multiple concussions in the past 8+ years so remember passwords has been a tricky process overall.

all i want is to recover my old account profile for the xbox 360 elite. .

and if i can ever get ahold of a competent person or an email that works for this or anything like that...

Unfortunately the old Xbox is broken (That's why I changed it).

There isn't another way to know the live id or the email ?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, the only way to recover your account at this point would be to continue attempting to fill out the account recovery form. Phone/chat/forums agents would not be able to assist further. Be sure
to include the correct name to the account, as this usually causes some issues. A lot of customers do not input their actual names when creating their account.

For example: My names Chris, but if I used "Nick Name" instead of "Chris" when creating my account, then I would have to enter "Nick Name" for my name when filling out the account recovery form.

i have used correct name. I have the credit card number. Gamer tag. Emails exact subject line of emails i used. State, zip, (they dont ask address but i have that too) of where i set it up.

name, birthdate.

i literally dont know what else they want from me?!

why is it so hard to recover a 9 year old gamertag for a 360 id.
