    In Minecraft, my Lunar Client automatically updated, which for some reason signed me out of my account that was not linked to Microsoft. This account was not a Microsoft account and since Microsoft accounts are required to play, I was unable to sign back in. I opened Minecraft in its normal launcher and it says I'm signed out, but when I try to get back in, it doesn't recognize my non-Microsoft account and redirects me to Windows Hello, then tells me to enter a password for a Microsoft account "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** that I don't own.

    I click the link for recovering my Mojang account and there it tells me "As of December 18, 2023, the post-migration process for Mojang accounts to Microsoft accounts for access to Minecraft has officially ended." After clicking a link on Minecraft's page, it redirects me to Microsoft, where I pick the "Can't sign in" option where it tells me to check my account, my non-Microsoft account doesn't work, so I put in my Microsoft account where it checks and tells me that there is no problems with it (well obviously); so, instead of searching for help in the articles, I go to the 'contact support' option, filling it out with what my issues are. From there, it loops back to the Sign-In Helper (the Microsoft support articles) which have no use to me.
    I search up "Microsoft support ticket" as it keeps redirecting me to random places and I have no idea how to contact Microsoft. Clicking on the first link 'https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/support/open-support-requests?pivots=existing', it tells me to sign into the Services Hub. I sign into the services hub (with my Microsoft account) and it immediately signs me out saying "It's a good idea to keep all browsers closed" I HAVE NONE OPEN. Clicking the second link from searching up "Microsoft support ticket" I see a thread from a person with a similar issue who was responded to by Microsoft. Clicking the links at the top of those pages again loop me back to the self-help support articles. And lastly, I click the "Ask a new question" option where it directs me to the page I'm currently writing on, saying to "get help from the community".

    First this started with me just trying to play some Minecraft but through all of this I'm not even able to contact Microsoft support? I have to ask the community??

    Seriously, if anyone can help me migrate my non-Microsoft Mojang account, please let me know.
    And Microsoft why is your support system this bad.

    Mojang accounts were migrated for a period of time with the aim of moving all players' Minecraft accounts under Microsoft accounts. This migration process involved transferring data and game information related to Mojang accounts to the new Microsoft account system. During the migration, players will receive detailed instructions and steps on how to perform the migration via email. This means that during the migration process, players only need to follow the guidelines to seamlessly transfer their Minecraft game progress, purchase history, and other account information to their Microsoft account.



    However, with the passage of time, the deadline for Minecraft account migration has ended and new Mojang account migration requests are no longer being accepted. In other words, you will no longer be able to log in to Minecraft using your old Mojang account. all players must access and log in to Minecraft through their Microsoft account. as a result of this change, any players who have not completed the account migration will no longer be able to continue to play with their original Mojang account.



    In order to continue playing, you will need to log in to Minecraft with a Microsoft account, and if you don't already have a Microsoft account, you can easily create one and associate it with your Minecraft game. Note that the only way to purchase Minecraft is through a Microsoft account, so if you wish to repurchase or continue using Minecraft, it is recommended that you purchase and use a Microsoft account to play the game.



    To summarize, with the migration process complete, Microsoft accounts are now the only way to log in to Minecraft. We recommend creating and using a Microsoft account to purchase and log into Minecraft as soon as possible.
