Account Recovery... Microsoft Customer Support is still AWFUL

I have tried to recover my account twice through the recovery form twice, and have called support twice for help. Now, I have reached my limit for calling for support and getting access to my account?

Such a tedious process for such a simple task. I've inputted all the information I know correctly both times and in 24 hours (when the form is available to me again) I don't plan on changing the information... why would I if it's correct. I can only suppose that since it was a kids account with parental controls, that the account is locked?

I have the email for the old account, personal information, and other info... but I don't remember the credit card, previous passwords etc. as this account was used before switching from XBOX 360 to XBOX ONE.

If anyone could provide some REAL assistance, I would appreciate it. One of the Microsoft reps told me the gamertag was "storewidelake1"? I don't remember this gamertag at all, so maybe the account was hacked? Unless Microsoft changed it themselves after a period of time...

Hello SeshCarlos888, there are two ways you can recover your Microsoft account the first is by the form you have already filled out and replied to.

However, you really need to put as much information as you can on the form.

The second way is by contacting Xbox customer service, when talking to an agent requesting an Account Takeover, but what they will do is fill out the same form with the same questions you've already filled out so you'll have to pass as much information as possible.

Might I ask what effect it has if the form is not filled out by a customer but the Xbox customer service? Since to me it seem as if it will have the same results as if I filled it out.
