Account Recovery Issue

Ive bought hundreds of dollars worth of games on my account, and am currently subacribed to game pass. I accidentally signed out of the account and dont have the password or any of the emails or phone #'s anymore, so no way to recover. Ive filled out multiple
recovery forms, filling every field, but they say they cant verify my Identity even though theyre still taking money from my credit card.

Ive talked to several agents and two supervisors, and no one can help me get my account back. They've reffered me to disconnected numbers, microsoft corporate, and the enforcement team, who doesnt have a phone # or email.

Apparently my console was 'banned' at some point, but they couldnt tell me how or why.

It doesnt seem right that they can take my money and then tell me i cant use my account anymore. If i cant resolve this im im throw my Xbox away, ive been hacked in the past and am tired of this, ive never had these issues with Sony. Can anyone think of
a way i can convince the support team to reset my password? If not, all my games over the last 10+ years are gone.

if you are unable to recover that account and want to stop the charge for Live Gold or Game Pass you should contact your bank or credit/debit card provider and stop the payments at that end.

this will mean that a past due balance will need to be cleared before you can make any purchases on that account should you manage to retrieve it.

Sorry that has happened to you. You can’t convince the support team to do it. If that was the case, anyone could do it. It’s always good to make sure your account is up to date to avoid security issues in the future. Xbox support over the phone will most
likely be your best bet.

Can you try deleting your gamertag from the HDD first (PROFILE ONLY!) and then give recovery another go?
