    Account recovery form fails for 3 weeks now. Have I lost my account?


    I already got a congratulations your account is verified but when I went to change password I accidentally swipped off the screen on my phone and unfortunately when I went back in to change again it did not allow me to. I had to start all over and now account recovery form has denied me again for the last 7 days. I understand security but when you are actually being denied from access of your own account for over 2 weeks it starts to become rediculous and a huge waste in time spent trying to get it back. Microsoft needs one more step added to this automation for its customers. There will always be circumstances where you need a live agent to verify any information.

    By the way this is for my sons account not mine. Gamertag is Land0rex

    For this case, we only have the Microsoft Account Recovery Form option to recover the account. I understand that you have already tried the form several times but keeps on getting denied.     But when filling out the form you must put your email that you lost, which was hacked, the recovery form does not ask for the email that the hackers changed to.
