    So a while back i had to reset my xbox and i had an account with something important on it now its gone and apparently the email i used doesnt work how do i obtain it again or how would i figure out the email.

    Hello Siege, if you don't remember what email was on your console before you reset it, you will have you should try to remember what the account is or follow the steps below to see if you can find the email you used for the account.

    Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your Gamertag.

    Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

    No I'm sorry but there is no way to recover any deleted items off the xbox 360's hard drive.

    the update's , gamer profile's apss arent the problem the saved games are they are lost sorry you have to start all over again to get them back.The rest can bee redownloaded and recovert.Next time you can save them in the cloud ore make a backup on a usb
    stick that way you always have a backup

    Why doesn't microsoft make a recovery disk? Once files are deleted, they're still able to be recovered, and microsoft could make money off of it anyway
