Account Recovery, being hacked

I have been dealing with this for months; I just need help. I am getting so frustrated with not being able to get a hold of an ACTUAL agent.

I made the mistake, at a young age, on making my account into my ex's email for Xbox Live. Six years later, and recently separated -- nothing I do helps. He is consistently hacking into my account -- and every time I try to get the email into MY OWN, it pends
for 30 days which he always rejects my appeal to change my email. I cannot even have a service representative call me or chat with me because of these settings because the email he has is using HIS phone number. Everything I try and do, all results to the
SAME thing. I wait for 30 days, and in that time, he rejects my appeal EACH TIME. He has access and keeps changing my passwords around. I just want this resolved and his email taken OFF my account so I can have my own. PLEASE and thank you.

I have placed too much money and time into the Xbox account I have with hours on games and money spent on those games, too. Especially Xbox Live. So no, getting a new account is not a option.

If the you create the account with the email from another person it's going to be difficult.

Now all the support assistance its by the website only in particular situations you speak with a Agent.

Try to contact support by twitter to see what options they can give you.

It should be easily done if I was able to contact an agent. They switched it to his email for me, they can switch it back to my own -shrug-

I would just start fresh at this point. I know you probably have lots of data and saves and achievements ect. but if it is not built under your name then it makes things difficult.

If you end up getting into the account, all you can do is force change the password, setup 2FA on it, change any secondary email on it and any and all information possible.

The only thing I could suggest is creating another account for the purpose of contacting support, but technically since the account was created with his information, he is the owner of the account so it's doubtful anything can be done.

It would probably better to make a new account, atleast that way you will have complete control.
