ACCOUNT RECOVERY APPLICATION CONTINUES TO BE REJECTED

Dear Community,

Briefly, or as brief as I can be, my account was hacked and taken over. Security features were changed.

I have filled out numerous account recovery applications. I continue to receive the answer there is insufficient information to verify my account.

The OneDrive associated with the account contains all my important teaching material and a textbook. I am a pediatric dentist/orthodontist and teach dentists to care for children, especially those with special needs. These lectures and the book contain
one of a kind cases I have not backed up nor will I be able to duplicate them again. THIS IS MY ENTIRE CAREER'S WORK LOCKED UP.

All I ask from the account specialists is what specific information I can provide to verify my information. No one will give me an answer.

All I want is to recover my files from OneDrive and I will close the account. Ideas from the community would be welcome.

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with a hacked account. As the security information has been changed you will fail every form. You will need to request a call from support to assist you in this matter.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Depending on how much accurate info you provide the account recovery form can be rejected or accepted

That's the point. I couldn't reset the password. The system wanted me to re-validate myself, and now in the continuous loop.

I've tried more times than I can think of now to recover the password/account. It's only associated to the Xbox account, and not used in any other way. But a significant amount of money has been spent through the ID. Even verifying with proof or purchases
is getting the standard automated rejection from MS.

So yes, I I'm trying to comply with recovery process (no choice), using GamerID's, proof of purchases etc, and everything is getting rejected.
