Long story short, account was hacked, gamertag stolen, went thru Microsoft support and recovery process, got my account back and they said they can’t give back my original gamertag even though It was obviously stolen and then put on a new account in not even 24 hrs (which even is against TOS and shouldn’t be possible) and that’s still inactive with zero friends gamerscore etc,

is there simply anyway to get it back? Or is it gone even though I had multiple Microsoft agents tell me I’ll most likely get it back because someone clearly switched it over in 24hours and minimum time it takes is 30 days? Shouldn’t I be able to get it back, since it’s obviously some sort of hack was able to claim my gamertag in not even 30 days? Anyone I can speak to further on this if there is a chance?

You can only delete games that you haven't earned any achievements in. Once you've unlocked even one achievement, you can't delete it form your list.

You have the parental email addresse written down, right? If not, go to the Xbox and try to accept the Terms of Use and it will be shown to you.

1) Take that to
http://account.live.com/password/reset for the password reset

2) If you can't reset it, go to
http://account.live.com/acsr SAVE THE EMAILS SENT TO YOU

3) If that fails, contact Support and provide them with the Console ID number from Settings | System | Console Settings | System Info (it's on the 2nd line) and the reference number from the email sent to you in Step 2, and submit a UE Request.

Well if your parent forgot their password, you could simply have them try and do an email recovery/reset.

Have them go on this site, enter their email and select I forgot my password. All they would have to do is log onto their email account and follow the steps listed in the email.

Have you tried from the Dashboard? Because you will need to have that code to buy from the website with an unfamiliar device. I havent had any problem receiving the security codes. Maybe check you are using the right email account.

Hello Ethan, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data nor your account, however by the information we have is not possible, when you perform an account recovery you will have your products, games purchased in the new account, but the Email and Gamertag will be new too, what you can do in the case is switch to the same Gamertag but it will come with the suffixes.
