    Account purchase history disappeared/xbox movies & tv shows gone?!


    I bought and watched a movie last night. Logged in tonight to find three seasons of my shows missing and all my movies gone. From the looks of it, seems to be happening quite frequently to others. Are there any solutions? Please help.

    After most recent live update, Xbox video purchases have disappeared.

    Hey try this steps:

    Go to TV & Movies > Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > then press X to Refresh Purchase History

    It should refresh your account with all the movies you've owned.

    Just make sure you are signed in on the account you've used to purchase these videos.

    All My Movies and TV Shows are missing.

    All of my movies and tv shows I've purchased have completely disappeared. I have purchased over 100's of dollars on this. I know for certain I had the movies listed. The Comebacks, Jennifers Body, I Spit on Your Grave, Battle Los Angelis, Resident Evil:
    Afterlife and many more. I also know that I had many episodes of Naruto Shippuden, RJ Burger, and other random TV shows purchased. I am unaware of how these shows disappeared but I think it has something to do with an update or transferring my account to Xbox
    One. I have tried the refresh purchases option too. They also show up on this site. http://video.xbox.com/collection

    Have you tried refreshing your purchase history? Another user deleted the app and redownloaded it which fixed it for them.

    Xbox video tv show and movies gone; not in purchase history either

    I deleted the music and video app in settings --> system --> storage --> games and apps, and my stuff is back. Oh, and I also cleared the cache again and restarted the xbox just in case.

    Hey there! So you have been on the same Xbox this whole time since you purchased this movie? If so and if you bought it, it should show up in your purchase history as such where you should be able to download it again. If you have switched Xbox's since you
    bought the movie, then you will not be able to watch it as content licenses for movies and tv shows do not transfer Xbox's.

    My movies and tv episodes are gone as well. I have followed every guide I can find on these forums for any possible fix and nothing has worked so far. I tried buying an episode to see if it would show in purchase history so I could click X and refresh,
    but each of my tv series I normally buy are unavailable. All my purchases show on the xbox video site, but they don't seem to be syncing with my xbox 360. Also, my payment information doesn't seem to be loading properly.
