Account problems and more

For the past 2 days I have experienced a rather bizarre problem on my Xbox One. I have it set to log in under my account when it is turned on. When I am playing under my account I can't access Community, OneGuide, the Store, my own account info, my messages
(I've probably gotten every error message possible). Basically, the only this I'm able to do while under my account is play games and that's it. But when I sign out of my account everything is accessible again. I'm curious if this is a common issue with people
currently or my Xbox is just broken. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

Signing into this email address gave me a completely different unused gammertag. Now theres a few hundred dollars worth of games mostly I cant access because of this. My gammertag that made the purchases is "duckynducky" and the email for that gammertag
is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Now when I sign in with that email I'm given a gammertag profile that's at a big fat 0 for achievement points, cant receive any of my cash purchases and was given the name . What kind of dirty joke is this? IDK what kind of moss
were talking about being mailed to me, but Id prefer NO MOSS AT ALL! I'm not interested with this offer, feel free to pass it on elsewhere. I just want my original gammertag back "duckynducky" which had a lot of purchases on it. My home address

All the problems and more

My unit is garbage. No games install. Not after factory reset, not after modem reset, not while connected to modem, not while disconnected from modem. Once the game reaches 50 percent it says "ready" but when you select it, it doesn't open or continue to
install. Also, select an app, such as blu-ray or skydrive (apps I was able to install) and it might open, OR, a completely different app may open instead. COD has had 14 hours of total install time so far with not one second of gameplay. This one is getting
returned. I'm not putting another minute of work in to it after nearly 6 hours of personal time at the console and a total of 14 hours attempting to install. FYI, nothing is wrong with my wifi network. I have a premium package and all other internet devices
work perfectly fine. Xbox is asking me to go above and beyond the "call of duty."

Nearly 700 dollars in and not one game played.
