Account permanently suspended after being hacked.

My account was hacked recently and in the attempts that I've made to contact support, every time they tell me that because "security features were changed on the account, they are unable to assist with an account recovery as these types of updates and/or removal are completely out of control of customer service", I don't see why this would prevent them restoring my account and I want my games, money and progress back.

We have the same issue :l , my microsoft account also got suspended. I dont know I have to use the enforcement link if it is only for xboxlive account.

Unfortunately, I don't have any further advice to offer, I don't believe it will be possible to solve this.

There are many knowledgeable users active on the forum and I hope that someone else can offer further insight on your issue.

If customer support has advised this, then I'm afraid the chances of recovering the account are highly unlikely. You might want to create a new account at this point: http://account.microsoft.com/

No one at customer service has the power to review or undo enforcement actions

You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review, you have one appeal.
