Account Permanently Disabled

Hi,

This first began on a Microsoft account that I created well over 7 years ago.

I primarily used this account on an Xbox, and spent plenty of time making friends and having fun. One day, I got home from work and turned my Xbox on, and was notified that I must "Fix it on the Web."

Once I copied the link provided into my browser, I was told that my account was locked, and I was required to fill out an Account Review Form, in which the Microsoft Enforcement Team will review my account and make a decision upon whether or not my account will stay disabled. Over the span of a year, I have filled out dozens of these forms, all to no avail, as if I'm lucky enough to even receive a response, it only details "Your account has been disabled due to serious violation of the Microsoft Teams and Agreement."

I can assure anyone reading this, that I've been nothing but an outstanding member of the community, I don't at all recall even receiving a communication ban in my 7+ years.

Another thing to add, I wasn't only banned on Xbox, I cannot access any Microsoft services relating to that email, everything has been disabled.

This also just recently happened to an email address I often use to receive emails on, while not even being used on any gaming platform, and not having ever sent an email on that account, I find it very hard that I managed to violate the Terms and Agreements.

It was also not disabled due to inactivity.

I have been in contact with multiple support staff, as well a "Senior Support Engineer" if I recall correctly. After providing every small detail including IP addresses to serial numbers, I was only provided with the following:

"We do not have any more information nor can we divulge further information regarding the violation. As mentioned, our internal team that reviews these types of issues have provided us with the following message and cannot elaborate any further."

Many Support Agents I have spoken to have commented on how it's strange that my account was banned, as when they look into what information they can access it does not provide any information into why I was banned. Therefore leading me to believe this is a wrongful ban.

However the enforcement team does not provide any information, making things seem even more suspicious.

At this point, I have attempted everything I can to regain access to my account, or at least discover why it was permanently disabled. The only resolution I have been provided with after chasing this issue for a year, is a recommendation from the Support Engineer who recommended I contact the Microsoft Legal Department, which I cannot even find.

I've spoken to roughly 30 support agents, all with the same result.

I'm hoping I can speak to someone who can actively work through this issue with me, hopefully finding a resolution. If not, at least a few answers would be fantastic.

I'm only 16, and I live in Australia, so I believe anything to do with legalities will prove difficult, but I'm willing to try whatever.
