account permanently banned when x-box was not used

i cannot to that.

• The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
• The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

The problem is i havent used x-box then and since then till now.

all the purchases ive done i have done throu the ingame store

i dont have / havent used multiple accounts

did not ever used any promo codes or any similar things

no refunds either...

Unfortunately nothing can be done for this enforcement action since this account suspension was from 2016 and is no longer eligible for case review. Enforcement members do not have a presence in the forums and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done
regarding this on the forums or even customer support.

Any enforcement related question has to be directed to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/. Even if you did nothing wrong with the account, somehow somebody did something to warrant a market place theft suspension while you were not using the console or account. An account owner
is responsible for the actions the account does whether they are using it or not.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but there is nothing else that we can do on the forums regarding this question. I will now lock this thread since no further discussion is needed.

Sorry for the issue with your suspension. As to the questions you are asking:

1. Bans can happen from any time period. For example lets say you got reported two weeks ago, and then they finally enforce the issue. Cases take time to investigate.
2. You can go to
   Enforcement site as mentioned above., and file a case review.
3. Support is unable to do anything with suspensions, only the enforcement team.

When offline, a permanently suspended account can continue to play downloaded games, use apps and features that don’t require an internet connection, and watch TV. Keep in mind that games have different connectivity requirements; some games support
offline local multiplayer, while others may require an internet connection for single player.
