    Hi i am having issues with my xbox rewards account and customer service told me to post here but i have before and no response. This time i have beeen having issues with my tier not updating as well as i just did the mission where i bought an xbox one s
    and havent recieved my 50,000 rewards credits. Yes i know it takes 96 hours to updat and i purchased it black friday. So the 2 things i need help with are 1 my xbox rewards tier not updating and 2 missing rewards credits for missions and stuff.

    My rewards credits are not converting to $

    I have ~ 55,000 rewards credits but they are not converting to $ properly. This problem goes back to 2014.

    I get an error "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!".

    When I click the "needs updating" link, I see my account and it is up to date.

    Please help!

    Account needs updating?

    My xbox live rewards account says that my account needs updating. I'm not sure why. Ive purchased numerous games in the past month with no problem and my credit card is current. If you could correct the problem so I can have my reward points deposited into
    my xbox live account. Thank you

    Account not updating missing rewards credits

    Support will check on the tier (keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP), but the credits for the console should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    Preorders were eligible for VIP only in September. Per the programs FAQ, preorders are not eligible for VIP. In order for a purchase to count towards VIP, it has to be purchased after it releases.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    Preorders do count towards VIP once they become available to play unless otherwise stated. Last month they had a promotion where all preorders counted until the end of the month towards promotion. But anyways the website states it takes 96 hours so thats
    confusing!!!

    I have had this issue since 2009. seems like the only time you get credits is doing their monthly survey or something stupid like that.
