account not letting me log in on my xbox

so basiclly, whenever i try to log in on my account for the xbox one, it logs in but in 2 seconds it backs out and tells me to log in, I've tried resetting the xbox and checking internet connection and they're all fine but the issue is still occurring

I do not have an Xbox Live account. I just have a Xbox One account. It's saying that I have to have internet to log into Xbox Live, is what happens when you don't save your password. It's not letting me log in on the Xbox One but I can log in on my phone
to Microsoft website.

Resetting the console - do you mean a full reboot?

Is this account you're logged in to the website with the same account you're trying to log into on the console?

 

There are a few quick steps that might work for you.

First, power off your Xbox, and physically unplug it from power. Leave it unplugged for 30 seconds or so, and then plug it back in. Restart, and try to sign in.

If that does not work, then you may have missed an Xbox Update.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings > All settings.
3. Select System > Updates.
4. Select Console update available.

If there is an available update, select to install it.

If there is not an available update, then you may need to remove, and re-download your profile. See the instruction here:

So basically when I press 'sign in' it first goes black then does this weird thing then goes back to the home screen! Please help me I love playing MCPE multiplayer!

 

Hey bro, try uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft. Let us know if it lets you sign in afterwards.
