Account never gets credited

Hi,

I can't find my previous posts over the last two years but I've not had a credit back from MS for at least that time. I keep being told that there is something wrong with my account but no-one can tell me what it is.

Can someone please look into it and come back with a fix please. I have checked through several times (over these last two years) that the details are correct including addresses, telephones, email, card details etc. It did work at one point and then stopped.

I purchased 4000 microsoft points but they have not been credited to my account, how do I get these points credited to my account and when can I get them?

Hi Andy. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently working
on a resolution. Once we are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. Thanks for your patience.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hello Tati Moser,

Since you registered into the program with a US Microsoft Account, we created a US Rewards Account for you. Since your purchases have not been made with that regions currency, your purchases are not eligible for Rewards. Furthermore, if you request a deposit,
your deposit will fail, since we will be unable to deposit funds from your US Rewards Account into your non-US Microsoft Account.

However, this deposit issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option
if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region and be Rewarded with for purchases with that region's currency is to opt out of the program at (
https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
