Discus and support Account/network problems in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I don't know if anyone else is having this issue however every time i try to sign into my Xbox live account while i am connected to the internet it...     I don't know if anyone else is having this issue however every time i try to sign into my Xbox live account while i am connected to the internet it does not progress. however when i am offline it signs me in just fine. internet is fine, my nephew is on
    his Xbox live account just fine, it seems to be only my Xbox that is effected somehow. my Xbox isn't damaged in anyway as far as i can tell and was up and running just fine a few weeks ago. anyone have any idea's? (to help speed up the progress of brain storming
    i have restarted my console multiple times disconnected the internet connection multiple times reconnected it and have even disconnected the internet, restarted the console, reconnected the internet and still have the same issues)

    have you tried signing in offline an then connecting to xbox live?

    Hi There,

    If the above troubleshooting tips don't work, then you can also try contacting your ISP directly and seeing if they can see something on their site.

    On your xbox go to

    Settings>General>Network>Test network connection

    Basically we need to find if your xbox is having trouble or just your account, or somewhere in between.
