Account needs to be updated, but all information is correct

If you log into account.microsoft.com and look as your account information and billing is all the information there correct and updated?

Why is this happening

Please make sure you go into your account payment options, this is a section that you can navigate to once you are in your account on PC. Click Edit next to the card that you have on file and make sure all the information is correct. Possibly you have expired
information that needs to be updated before you are able to use your card.
