    I am receiving the status:

    Please check your account information so we can make a deposit.

    Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is, please create a post in our support forum
    here.

    I have gone in and updated/double checked my account info. It is all correct but it still tells me to update it. I have received no rewards deposits for a very long time.

    Hello Xerxes Swerve,

    It takes up to 96 hours for our system to process any changes, so when we initially queried this gamertag, we did not yet have your gamertag change registered.

    You were not rewarded for this offer because, as it says in the page you link, that offer is only for physical (disc) purchases made off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchases were made digitally from the Xbox store, they were not eligible for this offer.

    Hello goinbananas,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
