Account Name Switched

I appreciate the help. Is there anyway I could better secure my account from unknown users or clear my profile account off another users Xbox

Are you referring to the gamertag when you say "original name"?

You can change your privacy settings to restrict the access to your profile:

And for your account, if possible enable two steps verification and add an authenticator app on it.

If you share your console with someone else, enable passkey for your profile

I'm going to be honest, maybe your gamertag has been changed for one of the two reasons:

1. Maybe someone changed it without your knowledge

2. Maybe there was something in your gamertag that was inappropriate

In any case, once the gamertag has been changed is not possible to undo this change (no one can do it)
You can try changing the gamertag again to see if the old is still available .
Here we can only guess, no one can give you the exact reason about why your gamertag was changed
