    Gamertag change mixup

    No one on the forum can change your gamertag for you. You can try calling support to see if they can do anything since it was a mistake (1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada), but otherwise you'd have to pay to change it again.

    Input wrong email on Xbox, and now I'm not able to get back into it.

    I believe there is some mixup: The account that I put the wrong e-mail on is not my Microsoft account, but the Xbox account itself. I can't access the Xbox account because the e-mail address I attached to it is an email I don't have access. If possible, I would like to have the e-mail changed to the new one I created.

    I can take screenshots(hide private info on it of c) and post them here if that would help.

    Hey there One! Unfortunately once a game is redeemed it can not be transferred to another account. I'm sorry for the mixup.

    It sounds like the email you are recieving mails to is your contact email address. This can, and in most cases, be different to your login , or Microsoft Account, email address.

    So logging in with that email has actually created a new profile specifically for that email address.

    Do you have any other email addresses you use? You can try sign in with them to see if they log into your account.

    Might sound crazy but how many digits is the code? I know that another well known console has significantly shorter codes (12 digits in my locale) is it possible that there's a mixup with the code being issued for the wrong console?
