    Account Migration


    I have recently moved to Okinawa, Japan from the United States. When I logged in I tried to play xbox video and received an error message stating that I needed to change my xbox account region setting. I went in and did this on the xbox support page and
    now have my setting set to Japan. Now, all my videos don't play, all xbox headings on the console and on my computer are in Japanese. I have tried to change the language on my console to English and it still remains in Japanese. I understand the videos might
    be a lost but I just want my Xbox to be back in English.

    Accounts ?

    Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

    Will I be able to use all the LIVE features of my RETAIL games after migration?? Will I be able to access them with my activation code or I need to repurchase them and get a new code?

    Ok videos and most triple a titles are region specific

    So yes videos wont tramsfer over

    Your xbox offline settings will be in english

    But while you are online alll downloadable comtent and marketplacr is affected by your region not your locale

    Hi Basel, I hope you're doing well. I am an Independent advisor, and I am here to help you.

    You can only get a Migrator Cape if you have migrated your Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account during the migration period.

    If your account is newly created, unfortunately, it is not eligible for the Migrator Cape.

    Sadly, the Migration period ended last September 2023, and only the gamers who migrated their account from Mojang to a Microsoft account during the migration period have been given a Migrator Cape.

    How do I log into my Minecraft account?

    The migration process has ended on 19 September 2023. If you forgot to migrate your Mojang account to a Microsoft account, you will not be able to sign in.

    However, if you already migrated your account, you can't re-migrate it to a different Microsoft account.
