Buonasera, da 2 giorni ho l'account Microsoft rewards bloccato. Alla mia richiesta al centro assistenza ho ricevuto la solita mail copia/incolla che ricevono tutti quelli che hanno avuto l'account sospeso, senza avere una vera analisi personale dell'accaduto.

Qualcuno è riuscito a far sbloccare l'account dopo la sospensione??

Copio la mail ricevuta dopo 2 giorni:"Sfortunatamente, dopo un'indagine, l'account Microsoft Rewards è stato chiuso perché non è conforme al Contratto di Servizi Microsoft che disciplina il
programma Rewards accettato al momento dell'iscrizione.

La nostra ricerca mostra che l'utente o il proprio account Microsoft Rewards presenta una o più violazioni del Microsoft
Services Agreement, che possono includere, ma non si limitano a:

· Mantenere più di sei (6) account utente per famiglia;

· Apertura di più di un (1) account utente per individuo;

· Risidingante al di fuori dei cinquanta (50) Stati Uniti e Distretto di Columbia, Australia, Belgio, Brasile, Canada, Francia, Germania, Hongkong, Irlanda, Italia, Giappone, Messico, Paesi Bassi, Nuova èelanda, Norvegia, Singapore, Spagna, Taiwan e Regno
Unito;

Manco lontanamente c'è stata una sola violazione, possibile aver ricevuto tale trattamento??

Norway, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan and the United Kingdom;

· Provide inaccurate account information, including your real first and last name, your full and accurate postal address, a phone number, and your email address;

· Using a service intended to confuse your real IP address or location;

· Using a bot, makeup code, macro, or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards;

As a result, your Microsoft Rewards account has been closed, all points accumulated in your accounts have been cancelled, all pending reward orders have been cancelled, and you are disqualified
from participating in Microsoft Rewards."

Missing away there was only one violation, could you have received such treatment??

Thanks for coming to the forums. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You would need to reach out to the rewards department on this issue. No one here on the forums can help with this situation. You can submit a

request form through the rewards. As there is nothing more we can do on the issue i will be locking this thread also.

Your deposit was prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your UK Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
