    Account microsoft lock


    My microsoft account with the address : *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** have been locked because i lost the password and it's now impossible for me to change it because :

    - 1 / The telephone number set for security purpose is outdated.

    - 2 / The credit card used to buy my product is too old and now destroyed so i'm unable to remember which one have been used.

    - 3 / The (and i beg your pardon) but it's real **** automatic formulary doesn't let me regain control on my account via an other email account.

    I understand the seek for security and usually i praise it BUT prior it was possible to actually telephone to customer service and get help directly now this automatic service will just block you and piss you off.

    I really hope that i'll receive help around here from an actual human !

    Hi,

    Sorry about that issue and i can understand your frustation cause i was in the same case few years before for one of my daughters account.

    The thing you try is correct but sometimes with many account on a computer is hard for the system ( Microsoft side ) to know which account is locked even if you put the correct email ( example you are on your Windows 10 account but you put all details about
    the locked one… Cookies and co are in conflict…). So i suggest you to do what i did in the past :

    - Log into Windows 10 with the locked account (its very important)

    - Go to > https://support.microsoft.com/help/...nlock-your-microsoft-account-or-outlook-email
    follow all steps

    You should get an answer within 24-72 hours
