    Account longevity and previous awards


    I have been an xbox live member on this account for 8 years. Due to the longevity of my account , does this mean I am not eligible for the rewards that I would have attained previously? For example; 8 years of anniversary gem rewards , 5 achievement tier
    rewards ( I currently stand at Master) , etc......

    Am I being penalized for being an active loyal community member or are these retroactive?

    apart from the occasional wtf spawn both in my favour and against

    i think it is fine but it does not have longevity like previous versions

    Hello ClovenCasey,

    We do not award for previous purchases before the offer. The tracking of your previous purchases is just to show you what titles you had beforehand in that TV/Movie series, and does not award Credits. We are currently investigating an issue correctly tracking
    these previous purchases, but it should not affect your Rewarding for any new purchases. Apologies for the confusion!

    Hello Sunsdune,

    The gem system only started in October. We cannot award Gems for activity done before gems had been created.

    Regardless, coop is multiplayer -- coop or multiplayer, that's just semantics. Either way, in my opinion, despite everything they've said about the MP, it is painfully clear that the story-mode suffered because MP was added. EA almost ruined what could've
