I am very sorry for the problem you are experiencing with the email. For cases of LOSS OF ACCESS, the only solution is through the account recovery form which is the following: https://account.live.com/acsr

You must keep in mind that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, support cannot help with this type of case because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option, if you cannot fill out the form for X or Y Reason then unfortunately the account cannot be recovered.

I already used google to find out how to change my account to adult. Problem is, when i try to follow the "how to..", i need to accept terms of use before i can modify my settings. But in order to accept terms of use, i need my parents e-mail they don't
even use anymore

So no password reset can't work.

My parents can't fill any recovery because they don't even remember what hotmail was. The way my account is blocked, ise because of the terms of use and need of parental approval (email + password login) to accept new terms of use to get my account as adult.

I signed up and bought Age of Empires. Ever since, I have an extra login on my screen. I don't know if it's related to Xbox but suspect. Maybe I asked the wrong question?

How do I get rid of this extra login? It doesn't accept my regular Windows password.

I went to the Xbox Live page and deleted my account but it didn't help.

Now that I have deleted my Xbox account, I don't need to login to Xbox.

Maybe it's not Xbox. How do I find out for sure?

You can try going through the recovery tool to find the email and then you would need to reset it. There is no
way to login without the email and password.
