Account locked with money spent and cant get back.

Yeah. But he spent so much money on that account and if he don’t get the account at least get the money back

well if they have the account it locks it so no one can play it i may have this wrong but if you can use it but have lost stuff or they spent stuff money or msp on your account ring them and say you have the account back say what was spent or stolen and
they will not lock it if you have the account and they will return all of your points or money transaction

All of my sons purchases items showed up on my account both acounts are on different xbox ones. I cant figure out how to change it back. Hes spent a lot of money & cant use any of it.

So I can't get my account back? What about the digital games, am I allowed to at least get those back because I spent a lot of money on my account?
