Account locked & Microsoft are just keeping me running around in circles

So basically i was informed of suspicious activity on my account, i was asked to change my password which i did and after that my account was locked down.

I have filled out 2 questionnaires and now im being asked to fill out a third. Received a follow up email from a susposed security agent asking for lots of in depth questions asking me to supply them with a full list of email contacts and phone numbers from colleagues i associate with online. I have spoken to said colleagues and as they so rightly say are unhappy to have their details handed out (data protection, GDPR).

The return email i received from a security agent was just appalling, honest to god the grammar and use of the English language was seriously questionable.

I have purchased over 160 games digitally from xbox live and still have an xbox gold subscription that im unable to access as Microsoft will not give me access to the associated account. It got to the point i had to phone an agent directly (these are not inexpensive calls).

Im not happy with the level of service and i want my subscription refunded. It is clear to me from reading other users posts that Microsoft are regularly doing this to other customers...perhaps Microsoft are trying to force others users to purchase duplicate titles as financially times are very tough on people. There is no way in hell im doing that! From this point i refuse to contribute to Microsoft's profits any further. Its pretty obvious they are trying to con people. I won't be using any of their services in future instead ill simply switch to PlayStation 5.

I just hope no one else is caught out by this obvious scam... let's face it, theyre just trying to screw every bit of money from people they can. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND ANY MONEY WITH MICROSOFT.
