    Account locked in on minecraft


    Hi, my cousin signed into my little brothers Minecraft account on ps4, what we hadn’t realized was is this connects their accounts permanently. Now that it’s connected and my little brother is older, he wants to play. But now my cousin lost that account he signed in on, so we can’t sign in. Is he destined to not play Minecraft online ever?

    We don’t want to just make a new account for PS and just use that one since we already pay for online on this one. Please help!!!

    Another thing is. I made a new account that works. But when I try to sign into Minecraft it still thinks I'm using the locked account.

    No, It says:

    Unlocking your account

    Minecraft account locked.

    Did you tried deleting completely minecraft? (I mean, reinstalling it) also, clear you browser cache/data, sometimes the game log in with the most recent account in your default web browser.

    In your case, to request a case review. You need to submit the account reinstatement form:
    https://www.microsoft.com/concern/account reinstatement

    In that way proper team will look further in your account to see if you finally violated terms of service, or you can get finally unlocked
