Discus and support Account locked for violating services, when I literally created the account yesterday... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; This is ridiculous, I created a account a couple days ago and used it for one day and it was locked due to violating some terms, I try to unlock it but...     Account locked for violating services, when I literally created the account yesterday...


    This is ridiculous, I created a account a couple days ago and used it for one day and it was locked due to violating some terms, I try to unlock it but I currently do not have a number! I go through the account recovery useless form and I put in everything I have used to create the account in there and it says “unfortunately we have determined the information you provided was insufficient” my ****, I gave everything and y’all didn’t even look, stop using ai to check this over. I had to create a new account and guess what, that was locked as well for the same reason”violating terms” WHAT TERMS??? This is crazy and I can’t even contact support because you guys don’t even have an email, literally the most ridiculous thing for a huge company, help me fix my account now please!

    So I’m just unable to do anything? This is just dumb for a company this big, i never had a ban before and only got it on the new account. Only reason why I created another new account after that one got banned is because it got locked for no reason. They just need to bring back actual support instead of these stupid roundabout ways that barely work!

    support has never had access to enforcement actions

    You were Band dodging and so your new account was banned. No one is banned for no reason

    Are you game sharing with someone? If they get banned so do you.

    No mate, created the account 1 day before getting banned, I created it, used it one for cloud gaming and account was locked the next day for “violating terms”, I understand the 2nd account getting locked if it’s because the first one got locked, however the first one shouldn’t have been locked in the first place. Literally no reason…

    if you make a new account especially using the same hardware or email, in my experience that one is going to get banned too because ban dodging is also against the rules

    enforcement does not use the Forums, and no one here at Support has any ability to look at your account or to undo a ban.

    Its when an account violates microsofts terms of service and they don't delete it but make it unusable, so Locked
