    My son cannot get into his microsoft/xbox account says its been blocked for security compliance reasons - I have had a nagging 12 year old since 24/7/2020 and I am so frustrated as Microsoft havent responded to my requests to get it unlocked. Is there
    anything else I could try I have contacted them at least 6 times to be told only one department looks after this and it should take 5-7days. I have even tried the recover account form too but they said I hadnt provided enough information. From a very frustrated
    and tired mum.

    Hi everyone,

    my son still cant get into his account he has been locked out since 24th July 2020 and I have put in so many requests to get it unlocked. Microsoft email me an SIR number but dont give any updates - this is ridiculous.

    I have a very frustrated son.
