Account locked and can’t access it ?

I made my account almost 6 years ago and haven’t used it in a while. Now that Im trying to use it again, it says my account has been locked and now matter how many recovery forms I fill out, it doesn’t work. When I click forgot password, the part after the @ on my email is different. Please help

I'm sorry that you are going through this problem, unfortunately the only option you have to recover your account is through the form. I want to remind you that this is only a public forum of the Microsoft community, where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems. Having said this, I want to mention again that the only alternative or option you have is through the recovery form, you mentioned that the email is different, I couldn't tell you why this happens. I can’t access anything. Keeps saying “Your account has been locked” all I can do is login. Once I do that when I click something it says I’ve been locked.

Did you just give me false information? Because I’ve tried that and XBOX live said they can’t do anything on the accounts. They can’t access the email, or change the email. They can’t do anything to give me access to the gamertag according to the person that called me. They said only Microsoft and outlook can do anything about it as the email can only be changed by logging into it which i can’t do because the email is locked…

Yeh that’s the problem. It won’t let me log into the account since it’s locked. So I can’t access the things you have suggested. Ah well guess I just got robbed of 25£. Sucks

I’ve called numerous times each time is without account access they can’t help me. Of course we can’t gain recovery of account so they can’t access anything without the codes they send. So back to my bank to ask them to take it further now. I’m fuming they’re quick to stop access to accounts but don’t stop subscriptions knowing full well you can’t use the account! Disgusting tbh.
