Account Locked almost 5 days now Please Help

My account was locked sometime on Saturday Sept 10th, i was playing games in the morning then went out for the day and came home to this in the evening. i clicked on the link and filled out the form and have yet to hear anything in regards to my account.

it is a 15 year old account and I am part of the Ambassador program, i have maybe one chat ban on my account from years ago and have no idea as to why this has happened. I also cannot get into the email account associated with my xbox account.

can someone please help

Yes, they can't be much helpful as I said previously.
Unlocking request are handled only via the form previously shared

You may need to keep waiting, I really don't know how much.
But right now the patience is the best option

Usually can take up to 72 hours.
If maybe you receive a case number / ticket after you submitted the request. You can try contacting Microsoft support to see if they can give you information about it

i have filled out this form a couple of times now and never even get a response with a case number or anything. i have no idea what is going on
