    Hi there

    With the end of Samsung cloud, I was asked to connect to One Drive. In doing so, I uploaded all files and images, including whatsapp's, which I believe caused my Microsoft account to be blocked. I used the form provided to me at aka.ms/compliancelock, and they didn't solve my problem. I don't think it's fair to lose access to my account, for reasons that were beyond my control, including my 10 years of Xbox, with everything I've spent on it, without even

    Based on the description you provided, the icon you are seeing is the icon for "Microsoft OneDrive" which is a cloud storage service provided by Microsoft. The two circling arrows indicate that OneDrive is currently syncing files to the cloud, and the red slash on top of the arrows indicates that there might be some syncing issues.

    To turn off the OneDrive syncing, you can try the following steps:

    Right-click on the OneDrive icon in the system tray (the area on the right side of the taskbar) and select "Settings".

    In the "Account" tab, click on "Unlink OneDrive" and follow the prompts to confirm the action.

    Alternatively, you can also temporarily pause the syncing by clicking on "Pause syncing" from the same right-click menu on the OneDrive icon.

    If you're doing a massive sync with OneDrive it will definitely slow you down

    I called Xbox Phone support, and was assisted by a very helpful technician.

    Sadly, after quite a bit of troubleshooting, the way we resolved this issue was to do a full factory reset on my Xbox One. I believe my cloud profile and account came out of sync, as it was right around the change to OneDrive from SkyDrive. My ISP was
    not happy with my usage that month.

    The Xbox One stores savegames in an user-inaccessible cloud. You can't access your savegames with OneDrive.

    The OneDrive app only allows you to access your own existing OneDrive cloud storage, where you can upload pictures, documents and the likes.

    With the OneDrive App for Xbox, you can watch your photos and videos you uploaded to OneDrive, buy you can NOT manage your savegames with that!
