account lock microsoft... lost progress on all my games. how do i fix this

Thank you. I played the new fixed challenge. Then exited to go do some work. Then when I restarted the Microsoft Solitaire game, all progress was lost and my coins too. Hope that will soon be fixed.

From your description, your account is lost. You still have the same email address, etc., but your 200 million accounts are gone.



Having the same email address does not mean you are the owner of the account.



You can try contacting the game publisher's support to see if they can do a similar game progress inventory for you. I lost all the game once and then got stuck and thought a reboot would help. Now I lost all my progress again. Has anyone found a fix?

This has happened to me as well. Lost all my tracking progress for Forza Horizon 2 - when I checked the achievement app thoroughly, the progress on all locked achievements is now showing as 0%
