Account Lock for False Accusations

I have another account, which apparently got shut down for "Serious Terms of Service Violations."

Now, I was playing Minecraft at the time, and I highly doubt that building a house in a video game violates any Microsoft TOS.

Even so, I've lost access to everything - games that I bought and spent money on are gone, friends I only contacted through Microsoft-related messaging systems are no longer contactable, and more.

I don't know if it was a system error that made them think I violated a TOS, or if my account was hacked, or what, but I've been seriously concerned over the simple fact that I've lost my entire account, and over £300 I put into it, over something that I didn't even do, and the aka.ms/compliancelock page only earned me an email basically telling me "You committed a TOS violation and can't access Microsoft anymore." Which of course, didn't help at all.

I know the category is barely relevant, but there are no categories for "Microsoft Accounts," and I mostly use this for gaming, so it seemed like the least irrelevant option.

Unfortunately, the enforcement team don't monitor the forums.

If you visit https://enforcement.xbox.com/ you can try and submit your case for review.

I wouldn't worry about. If you know that you didn't do anything wrong, you have the truth on your side. The enforcement team looks into everything. And if you do unfairly get banned you can file an appeal at enforcement.xbox.com

My son was suspended yesterday due to harassment and I read the message from the guy that reported him. The guy was a kid and was spamming and interacting with my son talking trash but reported him because he didn't want to play with him and I have the messages
still.

No. It doesn't mean that you can sue them. And account theft doesn't necessarily mean the account you were using was stolen. If you want further information you will need to post in the suspensions/banning forum.
