Account kwijt, daardoor game niet kunnen spelen[Lost account, therefore unable to play game]

Order History for the purchase, if the game is now shown purchased there, you may want to try signing into accounts you may have had in the past and checking there. If the purchase is still unable to be located, please use the

Maybe you got the play time when it was available in game pass ( I wouldn't know) but you would need that account info to get that stuff back either way

De kinderen spelen op hun eigen account. We hebben het spel er ook al vanaf gehaald en weer opnieuw geinstalleerd met hetzelfde resultaat. Dus dat werkte helaas ook niet.

Verder krijgen we geen foutmelding. Er staat gewoon dat ze het niet kunnen spelen omdat ze geen 'gold'lidmaatschap hebben.

Ik weet even niet wat verder te doen. Wellicht dan maar e helpdesk van xbox live gold gaan bellen, hoewel ik daarvan nog geen nummer heb kunnen achterhalen.

Je kan niet op je eigen account die games spelen.

Je kan wel een 2e account toevoegen en dus schakelen tussen die accounts.

De persoon waar je de one van koopt kan zijn account weer terug vorderen na het invullen van de beveiligings vragen en dan ben je de games kwijt.

Alles wat je koopt voor de games op dat andere account dus bv je premium voor bf zal dus op zijn account gedaan moeten worden.
